Upon comissioning me, you automatically agree to all following terms;

✿ You agree to never claim my work as your own, and to credit me anywhere visible if you use my art.
✿ You may use the art for any personal purposes [Icons, reposts with credit, etc!], but profiting from it is forbidden.
✿ I am free to post your commission publicly; to socials, in comm examples, etc. If you'd like to keep it private, please specify! Your wishes will be granted and I will not post it if so.
✿ AI or NFT usage is prohibited.
✿ Once commissioning me, I will send a sketch of the work. If you approve of it, you will then send the full payment upfront. Only upon receiving the payment will I finish the commission.
✿ Payment will be through PayPal or Ko-Fi only. All my prices are in USD.
✿ No refunds past the sketching phase. Be clear with what you want.
✿ Adding an additional character to a commission will add a +90% on top of the base price of said commission.
✿ I can accept 50/50 at the start and end, but communicate this with me first. I always default to full price upfront.
✿ All commissions have a transparent background. You can request a color or simple pattern if you'd like.
✿ Be descriptive and have pictures of what you want. For example, if you want a specific pose, have a reference photo.
